Website Design Concept
J & J Plumbing
Rural Mohave County properties run on their own septic systems, so this concept for a Kingman family business puts tanks and lines ahead of everyday plumbing.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for J & J Plumbing. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with J & J Plumbing.
At a Glance
In Kingman, Arizona, J & J Plumbing has been family owned since 1993, serving properties across Mohave County. This is one of the concepts we designed for the business: a single dark page in seven sections. It leads with septic pumping, installation, and repair and inspection, then covers sewer and drain lines, residential plumbing and commercial grease traps, each with a short checklist. A four-step process, the service area, six straight answers and a quote form complete it.

The Brief
Rural properties around Kingman run on their own septic systems. The concept had to speak plainly to the people who own them, put a long local record up front and keep a phone number within easy reach.
- Put septic work first, since rural properties across Mohave County depend on their own systems.
- Establish three decades of local, family ownership early: a Kingman business, not a franchise or a call centre.
- Answer what owners and buyers ask, from how often to pump to permits and inspections before a purchase.
- Make a quote simple to request by phone or form, with the property address and service up front.
What We Designed
The whole page sits on a deep blue-black, with warm cream type and headings in capitals. Septic Done Right Since 1993 opens it, above a line promising straight answers, a price before work starts and the job finished properly, with buttons to call or request a quote. Four trust points follow: over three decades in Mohave County, a Kingman family business rather than a franchise, a county listing as an on-site wastewater contractor, and straight pricing.
Archivo and Inter carry the type, and the all-caps headings give the page a sturdy, no-nonsense voice that suits work done in the field. Service cards lean on specifics, listing tasks such as sludge and scum level checks, riser installation and camera locating. The section headings talk the way a local crew might: a local name, not a call centre; we cover Mohave County; straight answers.
Septic service checklists
Pumping, installation and repair each list their tasks, from emergency pump-outs to leach field troubleshooting and baffle replacement.
Permit-ready installs
Installation copy explains that new systems are designed, permitted and installed to Mohave County and ADEQ requirements, paperwork included.
Call to finished job
Four steps, from calling and a site look to a clear quote and the job done right, so nothing comes as a surprise.
Straight answers
Six questions cover pumping intervals, warning signs, county permits, travel distance, pre-purchase inspections and licensing.
How We Achieved It
The navigation mirrors the page: services, about, how it works, service area, FAQ and contact, with the phone number as the final item. Between the service area and the FAQ, a short band headed Tank Backing Up? gives anyone with an urgent problem a direct prompt, without making them read further. That keeps the emergency path short while the rest of the page does the slower work of building trust.
The FAQ deals with questions particular to septic ownership, such as how often a tank should be pumped and whether a system can be inspected before buying a property. The quote form asks for the property address and the service needed alongside contact details, with spam protection built in. The page title and meta description spell out septic and plumbing services in Kingman and Mohave County.
