Amazing Wellness Guide

Organized like an encyclopedia, our own wellness reference gives every subject from superfoods to personal growth a place of its own.

At a Glance

Nutrition, fitness, mental health, holistic health and personal growth: Amazing Wellness Guide covers all five, and it is a site we own and operate. We built it as a single HTML file with a calm, editorial feel. A short introduction and an About section lead into the Wellness Encyclopedia, where each pillar opens its own numbered articles in accordion overlays, followed by a contact section and a newsletter signup.

The Brief

Wellness questions rarely arrive one subject at a time, so we gave ourselves the job of building a guide that could hold them all in one ordered place. Five broad subjects had to read as a single, calm reference rather than a stream of posts.

  • Organize nutrition, fitness, mental health, holistic health and personal growth into one clear reference.
  • Take readers from a category straight into its articles without leaving the page.
  • Strike a calm, trustworthy tone that suits health subjects and long reading.
  • Add simple ways to get in touch and to subscribe by email.

What We Designed

The opening screen is deliberately simple: the eyebrow Your Wellness Journey Starts Here, the headline Your Path to a Healthier, Happier Life, a line promising practical, science-backed advice and an Explore the Guide button. An About section follows under Wellness Is a Journey, Not a Destination, with four short statements of what the guide stands for. Then comes the encyclopedia itself: five categories, each with a short subtitle and its own articles.

We set the headings in Cormorant Garamond, a refined serif with the feel of a printed reference book, and the reading text in DM Sans for clarity at small sizes. The palette is soft linen with charcoal text and a muted sage green accent, colours drawn from the herbal side of the subject. Navigation is kept to four words, Home, About, Guide and Contact, so nothing competes with the content.

Five wellness pillars

Nutrition, fitness, mental health, holistic health and growth, each with its own subtitle and set of articles.

Accordion articles

Numbered articles expand within overlays, so long reading stays on the same page.

Guiding principles

Four short statements set out the guide's approach: science-backed, holistic, accessible and inspiring.

Wellness newsletter

A signup section, added in October 2026, lets readers subscribe by email.

How We Achieved It

The Wellness Encyclopedia does most of the work. Its Nutrition and Healthy Eating section, for example, holds four numbered articles: superfoods, meal planning and healthy recipes, vitamins and supplements, and diets and nutrition guides. Each opens as an accordion overlay, so a long article expands in place and folds away again, and the reader never leaves the guide.

Five legal policies are handled as on-page overlays, so readers can check them without leaving the page. In October 2026 we added a newsletter section, Join the Wellness Newsletter, after the Let's Connect contact area, and both forms are protected against spam with Google reCAPTCHA. The copyright year rolls over by itself, and the page carries a meta description, keywords and structured data that describe the guide to search engines.
