Tee Rex Golf
Bone-white on black, a T-rex skull biting a golf tee introduces a brand built on local tournaments and merch.
At a Glance
Local tournaments and branded merchandise, including hats that carry the mark as a copper leather patch, are what Tee Rex Golf is built around. With its full website on the way, we built a single self-contained holding page around the official logo, a bone-white T-rex skull biting a golf tee, plus a few lines of golf wordplay and an email address for questions in the meantime.

The Brief
A brand called Tee Rex Golf has its personality built into the name. Its holding page had to let the logo and the humour land straight away, then say that the full site is coming.
- Lead with the official logo and let it carry the introduction.
- Say in one line what the brand offers: tournament golf and merch with a bit of bite.
- Use the brand's black, bone and copper palette, the colours of its logo and leather hat patch.
- Leave a direct email so anyone interested does not have to wait for the full site.
What We Designed
The logo carries the page. We placed the official mark, a bone-white T-rex skull biting a golf tee with the Tee Rex Golf wordmark, as a transparent PNG straight onto the near-black background, so it sits cleanly with no box around it. The copy is brief and keeps the golf puns going: Teeing off soon, Est. 2026, and Apex predator of the fairway.
Type is set in Barlow, a compact sans-serif with the plain, sturdy feel of road signage, which sits well beside a bold logo. The palette is black and bone with copper accents, echoing the copper leather patch on the brand's hats, so the page and the merchandise look like one family.
Logo as the hero
The skull-and-tee mark, embedded as a transparent PNG, sits directly on black with nothing competing for attention.
Golf wordplay
Teeing off soon and Apex predator of the fairway give the brand its voice in a handful of words.
Direct email
A single email address is the point of contact until the full site is ready.
How We Achieved It
Everything lives in one self-contained HTML file, the logo included, so nothing on the page depends on a separate image request. There is no menu and nothing to click through: the page says what the brand is, that more is coming, and where to write in the meantime, in that order.
The page title and meta description name what the brand sells, golf hats, apparel and tournament merch, so a shared link or search listing explains Tee Rex Golf before anyone opens it. The footer carries the copyright line and our design credit, which rounds the page off as finished work rather than a parked domain.
