Website Design Concept
Landmark Electrical
Red Seal electricians, three service lines and a set of recent projects, presented on a dark page under a single lightning-bolt mark.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Landmark Electrical. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Landmark Electrical.
At a Glance
Under a lightning-bolt mark, this one-page website concept presents Landmark Electrical, which installs, repairs and upgrades electrical systems for homes and businesses across Greater Vancouver and the Fraser Valley. The concept gives four reasons to choose the company and splits the work into residential, commercial, and security and safety. Recent projects, customer reviews and a closing call to start a project complete its seven sections.

The Brief
Electricians who work on everything from custom homes to warehouses need a page that proves range without listing every job. This concept had to show that span through three service lines and named project examples.
- Establish Red Seal, licensed and insured credentials in the very first lines.
- Demonstrate range, from low to high voltage, through residential, commercial, and security and safety services.
- Prove experience with named project types rather than general claims.
- Offer two clear actions from the opening screen: request a quote or call now.
What We Designed
A lightning bolt sits beside the Landmark Electrical name in the menu and closes the row of opening figures, a simple mark that says electrician at a glance. The headline, Electrical installation, repairs and upgrades, is set in Bebas Neue capitals in white on near-black, with Barlow and Barlow Condensed for the supporting text and labels. A thin top bar names the service area and holds the phone, email and social links.
Four reasons follow, each with a small icon: tailored services, Red Seal certification, licensing and insurance, and 24/7 on-call service. The three services are numbered cards, each with four tags (such as custom homes and EV chargers, or access control and cameras) and an explore services link. An about section, three recent projects, customer reviews and a closing call to start a project round out the page.
Lightning-bolt mark
A single bolt beside the name and in the opening figures gives the brand a signature that reads instantly as electrical work.
Security and safety
A third service line for access control, cameras, alarms and fire safety widens the offer beyond wiring and lighting.
Recent projects
A luxury modern residence, low-natural-light solutions and multi-family custom electrical show the range in concrete terms.
Tagged service cards
Each numbered card lists four tags, so a visitor can confirm their type of job before reading the description.
How We Achieved It
The opening screen carries two actions, request a quote and call now, and the menu ends in a get a quote button, so the next step is visible from the start. Contact details sit above the menu in a slim bar, which keeps the phone number and email in view without crowding the headline. The footer repeats the services, company links and contact details.
Sorting the work into three lines lets a visitor place themselves: homeowners head to residential, businesses to commercial, and anyone protecting a building to security and safety. The recent projects section then backs those categories with examples, including multi-family work, which speaks to builders as well as homeowners. Commercial tags for retail, medical and warehouses show the same range on the business side.
