Website Design Concept
Jashan Landscaping & Garden
One crew for the whole yard: a concept that carries a family-run landscaper's promise, no job too small and no tree too tall, through every section.
This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Jashan Landscaping & Garden. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Jashan Landscaping & Garden.
At a Glance
Since 2002, Jashan Landscaping & Garden has served Surrey and the Lower Mainland as a family-run landscaping and tree care company. We designed a nine-section concept that presents one local team for the whole property: six services from tree work to seasonal cleanups, the family story, a four-step process, the work and service area, and a quote form where visitors choose the service they need.

The Brief
A yard needs a spring refresh, regular mowing, a fall leaf clearing and, now and then, an overgrown cedar brought back into line. This concept needed to present one local crew for all of it, from the tallest tree to the tidiest garden bed.
- Make the headline promise, no job too small and no tree too tall, believable for any size of yard.
- Give six services equal weight, so a hedge trim feels as welcome as a full backyard rebuild.
- Tell the family-run story, rooted in Surrey since 2002, without crowding out the services.
- Make booking a free on-site quote simple, with the service picked from a list.
What We Designed
The page opens on a rhyme, set in white against a dark backdrop: No job too small. No tree too tall. A line about caring for every yard, budget and season follows, with buttons to get a free quote or call, then trust markers for years in business, insurance and free estimates. Six service cards come next, from tree service and landscape design and build to hardscaping, hedges and seasonal cleanups, ahead of the family story, the process, the work, the area and the quote form.
Fraunces, a soft serif with some character, sets the headings, while Hanken Grotesk keeps the body text clean. The colours come straight from the garden: a pale sage background, deep forest green type and a brass-gold accent. The tone is neighbourly, which suits a business that describes itself as a hands-on, family-run crew rather than a faceless franchise, and the process ends on its warmest step: you enjoy it.
Whole-yard services
Tree service, design and build, lawn and garden care, hardscaping and paving, hedges and cedars, and seasonal cleanups, each in a sentence.
Family story panel
Two decades of West Coast yards tells how the company started in Surrey in 2002 and grew one neighbour at a time.
Four simple steps
Reach out, a free on-site quote, the work itself and the finished yard: the path from first call to done.
Service picker form
The quote form asks for name, phone, email, the service needed and a message, with spam protection built in.
How We Achieved It
Navigation stays short: services, our work, about, service area and contact, with the phone number and a free quote button at the end. The process section then answers the question that follows any first call, what happens next, in four plain steps that finish with the customer enjoying the yard. The work and the service area follow, so a visitor can look at past projects and check coverage before reaching the quote form.
Two closing sections share the work of converting interest: Ready to love your yard again? invites the decision, and Let us take a look at your project holds the form. A dropdown lets visitors name the service so each request arrives sorted, and the form has spam protection. A skip link and clear section headings help keyboard and screen reader users move through the page.
