Website Design Concept

Cloud Serve Host

Specifications first, sales pitch second: a concept for a cloud web platform that leads with storage, support and a free trial on every plan.

Cloud Serve Host website concept homepage

This is a design concept: a website we designed as a proposal for Cloud Serve Host. It was not commissioned, and West Coast Media Solutions is not affiliated with Cloud Serve Host.

At a Glance

Cloud Serve Host sells cloud plans for websites, with NVMe storage and data centres on three continents. Our eight-section concept puts the offer up front: a 30-day free trial with no payment required, four plans compared side by side, six platform features, the data centre locations and a domain registration section. A dark theme with bright blue buttons keeps attention on the details that buyers compare.

The Brief

Choosing where a website lives is a comparison exercise: storage, support, locations and price. Those answers needed to be in plain view, with the free trial as the simplest next step.

  • Lead with the free trial and the core specifications, so the offer is clear from the first screen.
  • Compare four plans side by side, with the same rows in the same order on every card.
  • Explain six platform features in plain terms, from NVMe storage to browsable backups and round-the-clock support.
  • Show where the data centres are, and give domain registration a section of its own.

What We Designed

Everything on the first screen sells the offer. A badge for the 30-day free trial, no payment required, sits above a headline that ends on the words actually performs, and a strip of four key facts beneath covers the uptime commitment, the number of data centres, support response time and NVMe storage. Two buttons, Start Free Trial and Compare Plans, give the choice between trying and reading on.

One typeface, Outfit, a geometric sans serif, sets both the headings and the text, which keeps a dense set of specifications calm and consistent. A midnight navy background, pale text and a bright blue for the trial buttons give the page the look of a developer's dashboard. The sections run from plans to features, data centres, domains and a closing prompt, and the plan names step up from GetStarted to GetMore, GetMorePlus and GetPro.

Side-by-side plans

Four plan cards list storage, domains, email, databases and VPN allowance in the same order, each with its own trial button.

Six platform features

NVMe storage, an anti-hack firewall, true cloud architecture, browsable backups, a control panel and expert support around the clock.

Data centre section

A dedicated section sets out five data centres across three continents, so buyers can see where their sites would run.

Domain registration

Domains get their own section, with everything in one place and the popular extensions listed for a quick choice.

How We Achieved It

Start Free Trial is the action the page returns to most often. It closes the navigation, leads the pair of buttons under the headline and appears on every plan card, and the trial terms, no payment required, sit above the headline itself. The pricing comes directly after the opening, so a visitor who scrolls reaches the four plan cards first.

Contact details in the footer are organized by region, with separate phone lines for the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia and South Africa, which fits the international reach of the data centre section. The concept has no forms, so sign-up runs entirely through the trial buttons. A meta description that names NVMe storage, the data centres and the free trial gives search engines a precise summary.
