Our Story

Where Honour
Meets the Plate

Annora translates to honour. Our goal is to procure top quality ingredients and treat them with annora. Fresh and local are both important to showcase beautiful British Columbian cuisine. We take the time to prepare everything in-house to create delicious and unique food.


Chef Aaron Turkstra has been cooking for over fifteen years. A graduate with honours from the acclaimed Dubrulle culinary school, he honed his craft at Vancouver's LIFT restaurant as executive sous chef before leading kitchens at Encore Restaurant, eighteen27, Restaurant 62, and Charcoal. Much to the locals' delight, Annora was born in November 2016, and Aaron continues to make it a true destination restaurant.

Local First

We source the finest ingredients from Fraser Valley farms and British Columbia producers. Seasonal menus reflect the best the region has to offer, from Milner Valley cheese to wild Pacific seafood.

Crafted In-House

Every component is made from scratch. Fresh pasta, house-made dressings, hand-rolled gnudi, slow-braised meats. We take the time because flavour cannot be rushed.

Intimate Experience

Our cozy dining room seats a limited number of guests each evening. This allows us to give every table the care and attention that a remarkable meal deserves.
